Refund policy

 

To be eligible for a return, an order needs to be disputed within 14 days of arrival, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. There also needs to be a valid reason for returning.


Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way. As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and if the refund was approved. Your original payment method will be automatically refunded once approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We aim for your refund to be with you in 14 days.
